AN ACT to give the sanction of the General

Assembly of Maryland to certain bequests in the

last will and testament of Edward Buckey, late

of Frederick county, deceased, to the trustees of

the Methodist Episcopal Church in Frederick and

to the Preachers' Aid Society of the Baltimore

Annual Conference.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

testament of Edward Buckey, late of Frederick

county, deceased, which was admitted to probate in

the Orphans' Court of Frederick county on the

twentieth day of October, in the year eighteen hun-

dred and eighty-one, viz : The bequest of five hun-

dred dollars to Asbury H. Hunt, John H. Keller,

Milton G. Timer and William H. Falconer, trustees

of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Frederick,

and their successors in office as trustees for said
