Chapter 97.

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the

General Assembly of Maryland to the bequests

of David H. Shriver, late of Westminister, Car-

roll county, Maryland, deceased, of the sum of

five hundred dollars each to the Trustees of the

Methodist Protestant church and to the Trustees

of St. Paul's Reformed church respectively, of

Westminister, in said county and State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General

Assembly is hereby given and declared to the re-

spective bequests of David H. Shriver, late of West-

minister, Carroll county, Maryland, deceased, of the

Chapter 98.

AN ACT to repeal section four, chapter two hun-

dred and seventy three, of the Acts of the General

Assembly, passed at the January session, eighteen

hundred and seventy- four, entitled " An Act to

incorporate Bel- Air, in Harford county," and re-

enact the same with amendments, and to add two

additional sections thereto, namely, number seven-

teen and eighteen.
