SEC. 5. Be it further enacted, That upon the

SEC. 6. Be it further enacted, That any person

SEC. 7. Be it further enacted, That the fines col-

SEC. 8. Be it further enacted, That the act of

eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter fifty-
