Arundel county, be and the same is hereby repealed

and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
|

6. The said coroner or justice of the peace in the

account of expenses rendered to the County Com-

missioners for holding such inquest shall include
|

such sum for the said physician as the said coroner
|
 
|
or justice and jurors shall deem just, not less than
ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, which

AN ACT for the protection of Partridges and Rab-

bits, and to permit the shooting of Ducks and

other Wild Fowls from the shore over decoys; also

to pay a bounty upon the heads of Large Hawks

and Owls in Kent county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful to

shoot or trap any partridges in Kent county between
|
 
|
