Chapter 86.

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to the bequest in the last

will and testament of Thomas R. Hollyday, late

of Talbot county, deceased, to the vestry of St.

Michael's Parish, in Talbot county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General

Assembly be and the same is hereby given to the
bequest in and by the last will and testament of

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General

Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of George

Gelbach, Jr., late of Baltimore city deceased, to

the Eutaw Place Baptist Church (of Baltimore

city.)

WHEREAS George Gelbach, Jr., late of Baltimore

city, deceased, by his last will and testament, duly

admitted to prob'ate and recorded in the Orphans'

Court of Baltimore city, bequeathed the sum of one
