Chapter 3.

AN ACT for the payment of a sum of money to

Eldridge W. Gallup, of Harford county, Mary-

land, for cattle destroyed under chapter four hun-

dred and thirty-nine, acts 1889, Public Laws of

Maryland, title " Pleura Pneumonia."

SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

AN ACT to repeal an act entitled "An Act for

the Protection of Fish in Middle river, Balti-

more county," chapter ninety-five of the laws of

eighteen hundred and eighty.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That chapter ninety-five of the

laws of eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled " An
