Chapter 5.

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to a certain bequest in the

last will and testament of Christiana House, late

of Frederick county, deceased, to the Council of

St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, of Fred-

erick city.

WHEEEAS Christiana House, late of Frederick

city, in Frederick county, Maryland, deceased, by

her last will and testament, bearing date the six-

teenth day of July, eighteen hundred and eighty,

and duly admitted to probate and recorded in the

office of the Register of Wills of Frederick county,

bequeathed to the Council of St. John's Evangeli-

cal Lutheran Church, of Frederick city, for the

use of said church, the sum of two hundred dollars,

therefore —

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That its sanction is hereby given

Chapter 6.

AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and forty-

eight, passed at the January session of the Gen-

eral Assembly in the year eighteen hundred and

eighty, entitled " An Act for the Protection of

Fish in the waters of Wicomico county."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and

forty-eight, passed by the General Assembly of

Maryland at the January session in the year eigh-
