Chapter 70.

AN ACT to amend an act entitled " A supple-

ment to an act to incorporate the Howard Street

Savings Bank of Baltimore," and to the act sup-

plementary thereto, passed at the January session,

eighteen hundred and fifty-four, chapter two

hundred and twenty-two.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That section four of an act

entitled " A supplement to an act to incorporate the

Chapter 71.

AN ACT to encourage the killing of Hawks, Big

Owls and Crows in Charles county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That any person killing any
