Mr. Lloyd, from the Committee on Conference, submitted
the following

REPORT.

The Committee of Conference, appointed on the part of the
two Houses, to take into consideration the disagreeing votes of
the two Houses on the House bill No. 109, respectfully recom-
mend, that the Senate recede from the first amendment, and
that the House concur in the second amendment proposed by
the Senate; that the Senate recede from its third amendment;
that the Senate recede from its fourth amendment; that
the Senate recede from its fifth amendment.

JOHN A. KOONS,
On the part of the House of Delegates.
Which was read and adopted, and bill passed by yeas and
nays as follows :

Said hill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
The unfinished business was again taken up.
At 9 35,

Mr. Bannon moved a call of the Senate.
The Sergeant-at-Arms was directed to inform absent Sen-
ators their presence was required in the Senate Chamber.
At 9.38 P. M.,

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

Further proceedings, under the call, were dispensed with
by yeas and nays as iollows :
