amendments, as amended by chapter 463, of the Acts passed
at the January Session 1874, and to substitute other Sections
in lieu of those repealed, and to add 2 new Sections to sub-
chapter 4 of said first named Act, to tie numbered 10 and 11.

new Election District in Frederick county, out of part of
Liberty District, No 8, to be called Linganore District, or
Election District, No. 20.
