The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered the following message:

Br THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

April 1st, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message requesting this Body to
return to the Senate, House bill entitled an Act to appropriate
money to pave the circle around the State House, and here-
with return the same.

By order,

MILTON Y. KIDD,

Chief Clerk.
Which was read.

The bill being again before the Senate,
Mr Bannon moved to reconsider the vote by which the un-
favorable report of the Committee on Finance on said bill
was adopted.

Which was determined in the negative by yeas and nays
as follows:
