With the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

To amend the title of the bill by inserting after the word
"Sections," on line 1st, the words "in reference to Trust and
Guarantee Companies," and after the word ''Article," upon
the 4th line, the words "seventy-five."

To amend Sec. 1, line 2, by inserting after the word "Sec-
tions," the words "in reference to Trust and Guarantee Com-
panies. ''

To amend Sec. 1. page 2, line 5, by inserting after the
word "Article," the words "seventy-five."

To amend Sec. 1, page 2, line 9, by inserting after the
word "follows," the words, "Title Trust Companies."

To amend Sec. B, page 3, line 21, by inserting after the

word "or," the words "Committee of Lunatic."

To amend Sec. B, page 4, line 23, by inserting after the

word "or," the words "his or her next friend or."

To amend Sec. B, page 4, line 24, by inserting after the

word "or," the words "upon the application of the Commit-
tee of a lunatic."

To amend Sec. B, page 4, line 33, by inserting after the
word "Guardian," the word "Receiver."

Sec. B, page 5, line 53, after the word "preference," by
inserting the words "and the same liability shall exist in re-
gard to stockholders of any such corporation as now exists by
law in regard to all other corporations."

Sec. E, page 12, line 67, before the word "is," by insert-
ing the words "Companies are."

Sec. E, page 11, line 30, after the word "elsewhere/' by
inserting the words "as may."

Sec. E, page 8, line 1, by inserting before the word "any,"
the words "Title Guarantee Companies."

Sec. D, page 7, line 7, after the word "trust," by insert-
ing the word "on."

Sec. C, page 5, line 8, after the word "to," by adding
"make."

Sec. C, page 5, line 51, after the word "dues," by inserting
the word "demands."
