Mr. Stevens moved to reconsider the vote by which said
bill failed to receive a Constitutional majority.
Mr. Joyce moved to lay that motion on the table.
Which was decided in the negative by yeas and nays as
follows:

The question recurring upon the motion of Mr. Stevens,

The bill being again before the Senate,
