Third. House Joint Resolutions in relation, to the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad Company,

With the following amendment from the Committee on
Finance.

Resolution 1, line 9, after the word "Jurisdiction," strike
out to end of line 10.

Which was adopted.

Said Resolutions were then read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays as follows, with proposed amendments:

gates.

Fourth. House bill entitled an Act to repeal any supposed
exemptions of the capital stock of the Baltimore and Ohio
Rilroad Company, or of any of its branch roads, or its or
their property, real, personal or mixed, from taxation for
State, county or municipal purposes.

Which was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays as follows:
