First. House Joint Resolutions in relation to the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad Company.

The question being upon the amendment heretofore sub-
mitted,

To strike out the second resolution,
It was determined in the affirmative.

Said Resolutions were then read the third time and passed;
by yeas and nays as follows, with proposed mendments:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. President, Knight,
Aydelotte, Lee,
Brewer, Lawrence,
Cooper, Lloyd,
Dennis, McCulloh,
Freeman, Mudd,
Ford, Newcomer,
Getty, Phelps,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said Resolutions were then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

Second. House Joint Resolutions in relation to the Wash-
ington Branch, of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.

Mr. Bannon moved that the further consideration of said
Resolutions be postponed until Thursday, March 30th, at 1
o'clock.

Which was rejected.

Said resolutions were then read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays as follows:
