The President announced the following additional order of
the day,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 460, of Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Balti-
more," sub-title "Live Stock," and to re-enact the same
with an amendment.

Being upon its second reading.

On motion by Mr. Joyce,

The further consideration of said bill was indefinitely post-
poned.

On motion by Mr. Phelps,
The rules were suspended so as to take up
House bill to amend chap. 437, of the Acts of 1874, rela-
ting to the catching of oysters in Talbot and Dorchester
counties.
