NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
House bill entitled an Act relating to the laying off of
streets in Baltimore county adjoining Baltimore city.
Being upon its third reading,
Mr. Stevens submitted the following amendments:

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Sec. 7, line 2, after the word "Avenue" insert the word
"or;" and after the word "alley" insert the words "or part
thereof;" and after the word "or" insert the letter "a;"
line 8, after the word "alley" insert the words "or part
thereof."

Which were adopted.
