of State Inspectors of Oils and Fluids used for illuminating
purposes in this State, and for a Board of Directors upon the
inspection of Illuminating Oils and Fluids,
With the following proposed amendments :

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

"Section —. That the said Inspectors, with the Governor
of the State, be and they are hereby constituted a Board of
Direction, upon the Inspection of Oils and Fluids need for
illuminating purposes, and the said Board shall have power
to make all necessary rules and regulations for the purpose
of making effective the provisions of this Act; that the pro-
visions hereof shall not extend to oils or fluids used only for
manufacturing or mechanical purposes."

Add at end of Section 1, "by chapter 504 of the Acts of
1874."

Sec. 2, line 12, strike out "ten" and insert "five."
Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time and
ordeied to be engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact Section
60, and add sub Sections to chapter 159, of the Acts of 1868,
relating to the town of Havre-de-Grace in Harford county.

Was read the third time aad passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
