BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 24th, 1876.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We hereby respectfully inform your Honorable Body that
we have non-concurred in Senate amendment to House bill
No. 127, making appropriation to pay sundry persons for ser-
vice to the State, per order of the Comptroller, and ask you
to recede therefrom.

Which were read.

Mr. German submitted the following message :

BY THE SENATE,

March 24th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message, informing the Senate that
a motion has been madein your Honorable Body to reconsider
the vote by which Senate bill No. 54, relating to the county
seat of Garrett county, and requesting the Senate to return to
the House the said bill. The bill was returned to this Body with
following indorsement: "By the House of Delegates, March
15, 1878. Reported without advice from the Committee on
the Judiciary and indefinitely postponed." This entry was
made on the Journal of this Body, therefore it is not within
the power of this Body to comply with your request.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House of
Delegates.

Mr. Walsh (submitted the following message :

BY THE SENATE

March 24th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message, informing the Senate that
your Honorable Body non-concurred in the Senate amend-
ment to House bill No. 127, and requesting the Senate to re-
cede therefrom. We have to inform you that the Senate ad-
here to the amendments and request the appointment of a
Committee of Conference, to adjust the differences, and have
appointed on the part of the Senate, as managers, Messrs.
Walsh, Lloyd and Gorman.
