726 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 24,

Mr. Lloyd, from Committee on Conference, submitted the
following

REPORT:

The Committee on Conterence on the disagreeing votes ot
the two Houses, on House bill No. 79, have had the same
under consideration, and recommend to their respective
bodies, that the House concur in so much of the second
amendment of the Senate as refers to the appropriation for
the Lying-in Hospital for Indigent Women, and that the
Senate recede from so much as refers to the Aged Womens'
Home.

That the Senate recede from the third amendment, and in-
sert in lieu thereof, twenty-seven thousand dollars.

Which was read and adopted.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered
the following messages:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 24th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

A motion having been made to reconsider the vote by
which this House indefinitely postponed, the consideration of
Senate bill No. 54, in reference to the county seat of Garrett
county, we respectfully request your Honorable Body to re-
turn said bill, that this House may act upon said motion.
