Which was read the tirst time and referred to Messrs.
Dennis, Aydelotte and Humphreys,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Sec, 60,
and add Sub-Sections to chap. 159 of the Acts of 1868, rela-
ting to the town of Havre-de Grace in Harford connty.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Walsh, Lee and Brewer.

House bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to
the Code of Public General Laws, Art. 30, title "Crimes and
Punishments," providing for the punishment of abduction of
children.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Talbot county to enter up judgment by con-
fession when the plaintiff makes oath that the considerations
are just and true as stated.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Secs. 63 to 77 inclu-
sive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
Art. 3, and the Laws of Maryland for 1872, chap. 371, so far
as the same relates to Baltimore county, entitled "County
Commissioners," and to enact the following in lieu thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Freeman, Gorman and Lee.
On motion by Mr. Fields,

The Senate at 10 P. M. adjourned.

FRIDAY, March 24th, 1876.

Senate met at 11 o'clock A. M.
