Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to create a loan to discharge an
indebtedness of the President and Visitors of the Maryland
Hospital, now secured by a mortgage of said hospital and
premises, and to provide additional outbuildings and furni-
ture for the same.

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Ban non moved that the further consideration of said
bill be postponed, and that it be made the special order for
to-morrow, at 1 o'clock.

Which was decided in the negative by yeas and nays as
follows:
