licenses for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer at or near Mount Vernon Factories in Baltimore
county,

House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of
licensee for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer at or near Washington Factory in Baltimore
county.

House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court of Baltimore county, from issuing license to ven-
dors of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer in the
village of Warren Factory, or at any place nearer than one
mile in every other direction.
Which were read the second time.
Also, without recommendation,

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the liquor traffic and
prevent intemperance in Baltimore county.
Being on its second reading,
