Mr. McCulloh, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably the following bills :

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Consolidated Copper Company of Baltimore city, by empow-
ering said- Company to hold and dispose of lands suited to
the purposes of its incorporation.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 48 of ch. 100, of
the Acts of 1874, relating to the City of Cumberland; also
to repeal Section 52 of Art. 1, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-title "Cumberland,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which were read the second time.

Mr, Lloyd, from the Committee on Finance, reported fa-
vorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 44 of the Code
of Public Local Laws title "Prince George's county," sub-
title "Collectors," as enacted by the Acts of 1872, chapter
294; and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add.
additional Sections thereto.

Which was read the second time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act making appropriations for the
support of the State Government for the year ending 31st of
December, 1876, with the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

1st. Page 3, line 2, after the word "State" strikeout "fif-
teen hundred" and insert "two thousand."
