Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 41, 43, 44,
45, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 55, 59, 60, 61, 65 and 69, of Art. 47,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Inheritance,"
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 46, 52,
53, 54, 58, 64 and 68, of the same Article,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
