Senate bill entitled an Act to add two new Sections to Art.
40, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fines and
Forfeitures,"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 4 of an Act
passed at January Session, 1862, chapter 104, entitled "an
Act to incorporate a Company lor the establishment of a
Public Cemetery in Kent county, and within a mile of the
exterior limits of Chestertown," and to re-enact the same
with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows :

AFFIRMATIVE.
