Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at this
Session of the General Assembly, entitled an Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, chapter 334, of the Acts of
1868, entitled an Act supplementary and amendatory of an
Act passed at the present Session of the General Assembly,
entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Cumberland and
Pennsylvania Railroad Company, passed at January Session,
1849, chapter 469, and to further repeal and amend said last
named Act, by amending the third Section thereof and re-
enacting the same as amended.

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
State's Attorneys for Dorchestei and Caroline counties, to stet
certain cases on the Dockets of the Circuit Courts for said
counties respectively.

corporate the Citizens' Railway Company of Baltimore-city,
passed at the January Session, 1870,

pany shall, from and after the passage of this Act, run all
