Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 163, of the
Acts of 1866, entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church in Federalsburg, Caroline
county, and to enact a substitue therefor.

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
Caroline county to determine by ballot whether spirituous or
fermented liquors shall be sold in said county, or in any
Election districts thereof, or a license granted for the sale of
the same.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act to incorporate
the town of Church Hill, Queen Anne's county, State of
Maryland, Article 17, and Sections 65, 66 and 67, of the
Code of Public Local Laws for Queen Anne's county, and to
re-enact the same.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at Janu-
ary Session, 1864, chapter 64, entitled "an Act te repeal the
107th Section of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws
for Allegany cou'nty, relating to the Superintendent of the
National Road, as required by the Act of 1862, chapter 176,
and to re-enact the same with amendments;" and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 56, of the Acts
of 1868, entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Article
30, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to "Crimes
and Punishments and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay L. F. Colton & Co., for paper furnisned and for print-
ing, binding and distributing the report of the Board of State
School Commissioners for the year 1874, as per order of the
Governor, in compliance with the Act of 1872, chapter 377,
sub-chapter 12, Section 11.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Governor to appoint an additiosal Justice of the Peace in
Cavetown district in Washington county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay the claims of Medairy & Bowers.
