Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 88, 89 and
90, of Article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Licenses," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time,

Mr. Duke, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Calvert county to issue bonds or to create a
sinking fund in their discretion, to raise money to repair
public buildings of the county, or to build offices for the Clerk
of the Circuit Court and the Orphans' Court.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Brewer, from Select Committee, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the
Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery and Prince

George's counties, to build a bridge over the Northwest

Branch at the point where it is crossed by the Sandy Spring

Road.

Which was read the first time.

Mr, Walsh, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with

amendments, Section 1, of chapter 439, of the Acts of 1874,

entitled an Act to regulate the issuing of licenses for the sale
of spirituous and fermented liquors in this State, so as to ex-
empt Harford county from the provisions of said Act.

Which was read the first time.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the appointment

of State Inspectors of Oils and Fluids used for illuminating
purposes in this State, and for a Board of Directors upon the
inspection of illuminating oils and fluids.

Being upon its second reading.

Mr, Stevens submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Fill the blank with "fifteen hundred."

Which was adopted.

Said bill as amended was then read the second time and

ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The vote by which said bill was ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading, was reconsidered, and
On motion by Mr, Dennis,

Said bill was ordered to lie over and be made the order of
the day for Tuesday, March 14th, at 12 o'clock.
