And in the 13th Section, line 9, strike out the word
"three," and insert in lieu thereof, the word "five."

In the 6th Section, line 11, strike out the word "number,"
the word "two," and insert in lieu thereof, the word
"three."

In the 13th line, 6th Section, strike out the words "fif-
teenth, sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth."

And in the loth and 16th lines, strike out words "fif-
teenth, sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth."

And after the word''number," in the 18th line, strike
out the word "three," and insert the word "four," and after
the word "four," in the 18th line, insert, "he shall also ap-
point three suitably persons in the fifteeenth, sixteenth,
seventeenth and eighteenth wards of Baltimore city, who
shall be a Board of Control and Review for the said fifteenth,
sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth wards ; the said Board
shall be known as the Board of Control and Review for Bal-
timore city No. 5."

Which were adopted.

Pending the consideration of said bill,

Mr. Bannon, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the follow-
ing:

Ordered, That when the Senate adjouros to-day, it stands
adjourned until Monday next, at 12 o'clock.

Which was decided in the negative by yeas and nays as
follows:
