In the 6th Section, 4th line, after the word "first," sttike
out the word "eight," and insert the word "four," and in
the 5th line, after the word "first," strike out the word
"eight," and insert in lieu thereof the word ' 'four."

Insert in 7th line, after the word "one," "he shall also
appoint three suitable persons in the fifth, sixth, seventh
and eighth wards of Baltimore city, who shall be a Board of
Control and Review for the said fifth, sixth, seventh and
eighth wards ; the said Board shall be known as the Board
of Control and Review for Baltimore city No. 2."

In Section 13, line 8, strikeout the word "three," and in-
sert in lieu thereof, the word "five."
