Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 1, of chap. 206,
of the Acts of 1868, relating to the Court-house in Queen
Anne's county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Also,

Senate bill entited an Act to provide for the payment of
the counsel employed to represent the State in the Arbitration
between Maryland and Virginia, upon the Boundary between
the said States, and appropriate a sum of money therefor.
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays "

Senate bill entitled an Act to protect and prevent the de-
struction of insectivorous birds in St. Mary's county.

Endorsed. "Passed by yeas and nays with ths following
proposed amendments :"

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED

Amend by inserting "and Queen Anne's," a(ter the word
"St. Mary's" in title and bill.

Make the word "County" read "Counties."
Strike out the word "April" in the first Section, and in-
sert "March."
