Brooklyn, Anne Arundel county, and Holly Run Methodist
Protestant Church in said county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sub-Section 5, of chap.
94, of the Acts of 1872, relating to the "County Treasurer
in Allegany county," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Mc-
Culloh, Lloyd and Walsh.

House bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
Wicomico county, to determine by ballot whether spirituous
or fermented liquors shall be sold in said county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Humphreys, Dennis and Steiner.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2 and 8, of
the Act passed January Session, 1868, to incorporate the
Parkton and Manchester Railroad Co., and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to protect fish in the waters of
the Wicomico river from non-residents.

Which was read the first time ana referred to Messrs,
Humphreys, Dennis and Aydelotte.

House bill entitled an Act to add Sub-Sections to Article
2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Annapolis," to provide a Board of
Police Commissioners for Annapolis city.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Bannon, Hepbron and Dennis.

Also, returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 164, of Art. 22,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Board of Coun-
ty School Commissioners of Worcester county to appropriate
money out of the Free School Fund of said county, towards
building school houses, and for other purposes.

Endorsed, "Passsed by yeas and nays."

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize, empower and. di-
rect the County Commissioners of Howard county to adjust
