On motion by Mr. Bannon, (by unanimous consent,} leave
was granted to Messrs. Bannon, Gorman and Suit, to re-
port a bill to repeal the Act of 1874, Chapter 509, relating
to Public Roads in Anne Arundel county, and re-enact the
same with amendments.

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported unfavorably Senate bill entitled Act authorizing an
Henry C. Elliott, guardian of Wm. P. Mills, a minor, to
pass his final account with the Orphans' Court of Dorchester
county, and to turn over to said minor the control of his
property.

Mr. Ph«lps moved to substitute the bill for the unfavora-
ble report.

Which was decided in the affirmative.

Said bill was then read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading by yeas and nays as follows :
