The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliver-
ed the following messages:

January 14th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We propose with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
to make the Committee on Printing of both Houses, a Joint
Committee on Printing.

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

January 14th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message proposing to proceed to
the Election of State Treasurer to-day at one o'clock, and re-
spectfully concur therein; we have appointed Messrs. Consta-
ble and Naill, tellers, on the part of this House, to receive
the ballots.

BY THB HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message in regard to the appoint-
ment of a Joint Committee, consisting of three members on
the part of the Senate, and four members of the House of
Delegates to take into consideration such portions of the Gov-
ernor's Message, as relates to the boundary question, between
this State and the State of Virginia, who may report by bill
or otherwise, and respectfully concur therein.

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs. Gill,
Hance, Dashiell and Lancaster.
