Which was adopted.

Said bill as amended was then read the second time.

Mr. Dennis, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, certain Sections of the Acts of 1872 and 1874,
relating to the times for holding the terms of the Circuit
Court for Garrett county.

Which was read the first time.

Also, unfavorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sub-Section 4 of ch.
425, of the Acts of 1874, entitled "Somerset County," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Knight, from the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay
and its Tributaries, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to
Art. 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Harford
County," sub-title "Fish."

Which was read the second time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 6, 8 and 21
of the Acts of 1872, ch. 54, relating to Wild Fowl, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

With the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Sec. 8, line 3, after the word "sinkbox," insert "craft."

Line 6, after "sinkbox," insert "craft."

Sec. 21, line 10, strike out "two," and insert "three."

Which were adopted.

Said bill as amended was then read the second time.

Mr. McCulloh, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably the following bills :

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Cumberland
Cast-Steel Manufacturing Company to issue coupon bonds
and secure the payment thereof.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Virginia An-
nual Conference of the United Brethren in Christ.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Potomac Bridge
Company to borrow money, and issue bonds therefor.
