House bill entitled an Act to exempt certain portions of
the waters of Anne Arundel county from the operation of
Sections 1 and 3, of Art. 98, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Wild Fowl," and to enact other Sections in
lieu thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs Ban-
non, Hepbron and Ford.

House bill entitled an Act to pay Herbert F. Moore, of St.
Mary's county, for services rendered in the arrest of violators
of the Fishery Law of this State.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Virginia An-
nual Conference of the United Brethren in Christ.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations

House bill entitled an Act to require the County Commis-
sioners of St. Mary's county to report annually to the grand
jury of the September Term of the Circuit Court for said
county, a statement of the expenses of the county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Law-
rence, Ford and Hepbron.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Cumberland
Cast Steel Manufacturing Company to issue coupon bonds
and secure the payment thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sub-Section 4, of chap.
425, of the Acts of 1874, entitled "Somerset County," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Dennis, Humphreys and Aydelotte.

House bill entitled an Act granting the sanction of the
General Assembly to the bequest in the last will and testa-
ment of Christian Sheller, late of Washington county, de-
ceased, to the Deacons of the Tunker or Baptist Church, at
the Broad Fording, in said county.

mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
