Senate bill entitled an to repeal Sections 41, 43, 44, 45, 47,
48, 49, 50, 51, 55, 59, 60, 61, 65 and 69, of Article 47, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Inheritance," and
to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 46, 52, 53.
54, 58, 64 and 68 of the same Article.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to
Article 29, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Courts," sub-sitle "Judgments," to follow Section 19, to
enable judgment creditors to sscure liens against real estate
of defendants lying in another county or city.

Senate bill entitled an Act to divide the second Election
District of St. Mary's county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable Francis L. McDonald
and Mary Jay Frankland, of England, to take and hold cer-
tain lands lying in Charles county, Maryland, which were
held by Frederick Dawson, late of said State, in trust for cer-
tain parties in said Act named.

House bill to amend the charter of the Cumberland and
Pennsylvania Railroad Company,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
