Mr. Humphreys, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church at Parsonburg, Wicomico

county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Stevens, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled,an Act to repeal and re-enact Section
2, and to repeal Section 9, of chapter 414, of the Acts of
1872, relating to Pharmacists in the City of Baltimore.

With the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend title in first line by striking out "to repeal Sec-
tion," and at the end of title insert "and add two new Sec-
tions thereto."

Section 1, on next to last line, strike out "Section two."

At end of first Section insert "And to add new Sections
thereto, numbered Section 9 A, and Section 9 B."

Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time.

Mr. Aydelotte, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled an Act to divide the 3rd Election Dis-
trict of Worcester county into two Election Districts.

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 2, line 4, after the word "Constable," insert "and,
one Registration Officer for the Registration of Voters."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time.

Also, by Mr. Aydelotte favorably,

House bill entitled an Act for the better protection of birds,

and game in Wicomico county.

With the following proposed amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Section 3, lines 6 and 9, strike out the words "Snipes and
Woodcocks."
Section 9, insert the words "and upon conviction shall

stand committed until the fine and fees are paid."

Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time.
