Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

Freeman, Lawrence,
Ford, Stevens,
Getty, Walsh—14.
NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Brewer, from Select Committees, (by unanimous con-
sent,) reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 36 and 37 of
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Mont-
gomery county," sub-title "Jurors," and re-enact the same
with amendments.

Which was read the second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered the following bills :

House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 8 of the Acts
of 1874 entitled an Act to limit the hours of labor in this
State for all minors under 16 years of age, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to add an additional Section to
Article 37 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Evi-
dence," to be known as Section 6 A.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act granting to the Johns Hopkins
University the power to giant certain degrees.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Education.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 67 of Article
30 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and
Punishments," sub-title "Gunning," and tore-enact a sub-
st tute therefor.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 5 and 7 of
Article 10 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "At-
tachments," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings,
