January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to change the provi-
sions of Section 1, Article 11, of the Constitution of the State,
title "Baltimore city," relating to the term of office of the
Mayor of said city, as provided in and by Section 9, of said
Article,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
