tee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Liberty and
New Windsor Turnpike Company, in Frederick and Carroll
counties, to issue its bonds to aid in the construction of its
road and to secure the same by mortgage.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 70, of Article
17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's
sub-title "Crier," and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Ford,
Getty and Hepbron.

House bill entitled an Act, to repeal Sections 6, 8 and 21,
of the Acts of 1872, chapter 54, relating to "Wild Fowl," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

House bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to
Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Har-
ford County," sub-title "Fish."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

House Bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 1, of chapter
122, of the Acts of 1854, amending the charter of the South
Baltimore Company; increasing the capital Stock of said com-
pany, and extending the charter, and to protect the rights of
said company from forfeiture by non user.

commissioners appointed by the Act of 1840, chapter 219,
and to confirm the proceedings of said commissioners.

pard, of Cecil county, a sum of Money erroneously paid into
the Treasury.
