No. 41. An Act to protect fish and wild fowl in certain of
the waters of Kent county.

No. 42. An Act to change the name of the Trustees of the
Roman Catholic Asylum for Widows, in the City of Balti-
more, incorporated by chapter 199, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1854, to that of "The Little
Sisters of the Poor."

No. 43. An Act to regulate the building of mill dams on
streams where the public road crosses such stream, and the
keeping of the same in repair in Wicomico county.

No. 44. An Act to declare the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland to the bequests of John Gunby, late of
Coshocton county, Ohio, deceased; to the Commissioners of
the Presbyterian Church, old school, at Snow Hill, Maryland,
and to the Snow Hill Presbyterian Church of Worcester

county, Maryland, in trust, to erect a Presbyterian Church
at Stockton, in Worcester county; and for the support of a
minister to preach therein.

No. 45. An Act to permit the shooting of wild fowl from
sink boxes, in the waters of Talbot county.

No. 46. An Act to regulate the sale of firewood in the
City of Baltimore.

No. 47. An Act to repeal Sections 4 and 6, of chapter 150,
of the Acts of 1874, entitled "an Act to establish a Commis-
sion of Fisheries of the State of Maryland, define its duties,
and to appropriate a sum of money to defray the expenses
thereof, and to re-enact the same with amendments."

No. 48. An Act to regulate the closing of roads in Prince
George's county.

No. 49. An Act to repeal the Act of 1874, chapter 338,
entitled "an Act for the taxation of dogs in Montgomery
county."

No. 50. An Act to repeal an Act passed at the January
Session, 1874, chapter 506, entitled "an Act for the taxation
of dogs in the State of Maryland," so far as the same relates
to Garrett county.

No. 51. An Act to change the dividing line between the
Third and Fifth Election Districts in Garrett county.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered the following hills:

House bill entitled an Act for the better protection of Birds
and Game in Wicomico county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Ay-
delotte, Dennis and Humphreys.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Potomac Bridge

Company to borrow money and issue bonds therefor.
