That such portion as relates to the condition of, and repairs
to/the State House, and the State House Circle, and such
portion as relates to the Tobacco Warehouses, and the In-
speetion of Tobacco, be referred to the Committee on Public
Buildings.

That such portion as relates to the House of Correction,
and the request for an investigation in regard thereto, be re-
ferred to the Joint Committee, required by Sec. 24, Article 3
of Constitution.

That such portion as relates to the "Great Seal," be re-
ferred to the Committee on Library.

That such portion as relates to the Boundary Question, be-
tween this State and the State of Virginia, be referred to a
Joint Select Committee of five, to be appointed by the Presi-
dent.

That such portion as relates to the Asylums for the Deaf
and Dumb, the Blind and Inebriate, and to the State Board
of Health, to a Select Committee, to be appointed by the
President.

That such portion as relates to the "Centennial," be re-
ferred to the Joint Committee on the Centennial, to be ap-
pointed hereafter, by the President of the Senate, and the
Speaker of the House of Delegates.
