December Session, 1837, chapter 147, and to its supplement,
passed at January Session, 1854, chapter 104

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1874, chap-
ter 338, entitled an Act for the taxation of dogs in. Mont-
gomery county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the
January Session, 1874, chapter 506, entitled an Act for the
taxation of dogs in the State of Maryland, so far as the same
relates to Garrett county,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act regulating the closing of roads
in Prince George's county, with the following proposed
amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Sixth line after the word "of," add the words, a "majority:
of,"

Which was concurred in, and
