Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 37, 38, 39
and 40, of Article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Licenses," and to re-enact the same with amendments
and to change the sub-title for said Sections,
Being upon its second reading,

On motion by Mr. Joyce,

Was ordered to lie over, and be made the order of the day
for Tuesday, Feb. 29th, at 1 o'clock.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act, passed Jan-
uary Session, 1874, chapter 42, relating to Fish and Fish-
eries, and to enact a substitute therefor,
Being upon its second reading,

On motion by Mr. Phelps,

Was ordered to lie over, and be made the order of the day
for Wednesday, March 1st, at 1 o'clock.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to defray the expenses of the Adjutant General in defending
a mandamus to maintain possession of the office of Adjutant
General and its archives.

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Hepbron moved that said bill be ordered to lie over
and be made the order of the day for Tuesday next, at 1
o'clock.

Which was decided in the negative.

Mr. Steiner moved that said bill lie over and be made the
order of the day for Wednesday next, March 1st, at 1
o'clock.

Which was adopted.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Tuckahoe
Bridge Company.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate Joint Resolutions in relation to the Great Seal,
Were read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
