On motion by Mr. Phelps,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Phelps, Aydelotte and
Stevens to introduce the following bills:

A bill to repeal Section 90, of Article 10, of the Public
Local Law a for Dorchester county, passed January Session,
1870, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Also,

A bill to provide for the appointment of a Collector and
Treasurer, and a more economical collection of taxes for Dor-
chester county.

Also,

A bill to authorize and empower the State's Attorney for
Dorchester county, to stet certain cases on the docket of the
Circuit Court lor said county, and for other purposes.
On motion by Mr. Gorman,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings to introduce the following bills:

A bill to add certain Sections relating to the registration
of voters to the Maryland Code of Public General Laws, title
"Registration."

Also,

A bill to repeal an Act passed January Session, 1870, en-
titled an Act to change the provisions of Section 1, Article 7,
of the Constitution of this State, title "Baltimore city," re-
lating to the term of office of the Mayor of Baltimore city, as
provided in and by Section 9, of said Article.

Also,

A bill to amend the laws relating to Real Estate Brokers.

Also,

A bill to change the provisions of Sections 1 and 3, of Ar-
ticle 11, of the Constitution of Maryland, title "City of Bal-
timore."

Also, by Mr. Gorman,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to intro-
duce the following bills:

A bill to repeal Sections 199, 200, 202, 203 and 216, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of
Maryland, relating to the City of Baltimore, sab-title "Elec-
tions," and to re-enact Sections 199 and 216, with amend-
ments.

Also,

A bill to repeal Sections 205, 206 and 212, of Article 4,
Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, relating to the
City of Baltimore, sub-title "Elections," and to re-enact
Sections 205, 206 and 212 with amendments.
