On motion by Mr. Stevens,

Was ordered to lie over and be made the order of the day
for Thursday, February 17th, at 1 o'clock.

Mr. McCulloh, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Talbot
County Canal and Navigation Company, with the following
amendment:

Section 2, line 14, strike out "two years," and insert
"one year."

Which was adopted.

Said bill as amended, was then lead the second time.

Mr. Aydelotte, from a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Worcester Railroad Company, and its supplements.

Which was read the second time.
