Code of Public Local Laws for Allegany county, relating to
the Superintendant of the Natioual Road, as re-enacted by
the Act of 1862, chapter 176, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to prescribe the number of names to
be selected and placed in the box, from which a panel of jurors
shall be drawn fur Garrett county.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act requiring prisons, furnishing meals
and lodgings to transient visitors or sojourners in Garrett
county, to pay a license.

Mr. Stevens, (by unanimous consent,) presented the me-
morial o' the Judges of the Orphans' Court, and Clerk of
Circuit Court, State's Attorney, Register of Wills, Clerk to
the Commissioners, Sheriff, County Surveyor, and 1103 citi-
zens of Garrett county, against the repeal of the Act of 1872,
locating the county seat at Oakland, Garrett county.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings.

Mr. McCulloh, from Committee on Corprations, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Tuckahoe
Bridge Company

Which was read the fust time.

Also, favorably.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act, approved
Match 30th. 1868, entillfd an Act to incorportte the Gary
Manufacturing Company of Maryland.

Which was read the first time.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National
Railroad Comptny of Maryland.

Being on its second rending,
On motion by Mr. Aydelotte,

Was ordered to lie over in order to be printed.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Consumers
Mutual Gas Light Company of Baltimore city,

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Walsh, from the Committee on Finance, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of Mary Ana
Dsiney.
