Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 27, of Article
10, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Attach-
ments, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The vote by which said bill was ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading,

Was reconsidered and ordered to lie over.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared, and de-
livered

Senate Joint Resolutions in relation to migratory fish in
the waters of the Potomac river.

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays.''
On motion by Mr. Gorman,

The Senate at 2.20 P. M., went into Executive Session.

At 2.30 P. M., the Senate resumed the consideration of
Legislative business.

Mr. Bannon moved that the Committee on Public Build-
ings, and the Committee on the Asylums for the Deaf and
Dumb, the Blind and Inebriate have leave of absence for two
days to perform certain duties required of them.

Mr. Steiner moved to amend the motion of Mr. Bannon so
as to include only the Committee on Public Buildings.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Stevens moved to reconsider the vote by which said
amendment was adopted.

Which was determined in the negative.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the original
motion as amended,

It was adopted.

On motion by Mr. Joyce,
The Senate, at 3 P. M. adjourned.
